Positioned at an altitude of 650 meters, it offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the Umbro-Marchigiano Apennines, in an area that once served as a refuge for hermits and held significance for St. Francis.
Paradiso41 was born from a desire to reconnect genuinely with the rhythms of the earth. It is also a certified organic farm that has been cultivating grains and legumes such as spelt, ancient grains, chickpeas, and lentils for over thirty years. The stone-milled flour is transformed into pasta through a slow and natural process, forming the basis of a simple yet delicious cuisine. Here, life and work align with the cycles of nature, driven by passion and a commitment to authenticity.
Every morning, guests can enjoy a generous breakfast featuring homemade bread and cakes, yogurt, jams, honey, fresh and dried fruits, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, and hot beverages. Dinner can also be reserved, offering a fixed menu that changes daily with dishes made from farm ingredients and local produce. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.
The establishment is managed by Maya, who was born in this enchanting place and is now supported by her sons Yuri and Leone, along with Fabio, who passionately handles the kitchen. Paradiso41 is not just a destination; it is an experience of family hospitality, relaxation, and authenticity, with opportunities for walks along the estate's paths, swims in the natural pool, and moments of sharing with those who have chosen to live in harmony with nature.
Breakfast is a special time at Paradiso41: every morning we make bread and cakes using our own flours, homemade yogurt, jams, honey, fresh and dried fruits, cured meats, cheeses, and eggs, all served with coffee, tea, cappuccino, and milk. It’s a wholesome awakening, featuring organic products and authentic flavors.
Our restaurant offers straightforward and authentic cuisine, influenced by traditional flavors and made with organic products from our farm. Each evening, by reservation, we serve a fixed menu that changes daily, consisting of an appetizer, a first course, a main dish with a side, and a dessert, all homemade. Upon request, we can also prepare vegetarian or gluten-free dishes.

Our double or twin rooms are approximately 20/25 m2, with private bathroom, simply furnished reflecting the characteristics of a country farmhouse, equipped with all comforts.
