We are a duo of architects who have made the decision to restore the family home and welcome those who wish to spend time in this enchanting place. The 19th-century villa, once a hunting reserve and appearing on the maps of Montesilvano since the mid-1600s, hosted King Francesco II of Bourbon during his escape. Thanks to the contemporary art passion of our charming owner, Mrs. Verlengia, the house has become a meeting place for artists, musicians, and photographers, a place to gather and experience magical evenings, addressing current and contemporary themes.
The Villa is situated along the main road that runs alongside the Adriatic Sea, between the towns of Pescara and Montesilvano, surrounded by a large park of approximately 3,000 sqm. Its location is truly strategic, just 400 m from the beach and a short distance from the two towns. Moreover, the villa is only 4.3 km away from the center of Pescara, making it easily accessible. For those arriving by car, the Pescara Nord highway exit is only 4.5 km away. Additionally, in the villa's free parking area, there is a convenient electric vehicle charging station available for guests.
