Thanks to the contemporary art passion of our charming owner, Mrs. Verlengia, the house has become a meeting place for artists, musicians, and photographers, a place to gather and experience magical evenings, addressing current and contemporary themes.
The Villa is situated along the main road that runs alongside the Adriatic Sea, between the towns of Pescara and Montesilvano, surrounded by a large park of approximately 3,000 sqm.
