The structure is located in the splendid countryside south of Bolzano, a short distance from the Bolzano Sud motorway exit, the fairgrounds, and the airport. The house is surrounded by lush apple trees, from which the prized South Tyrolean apples are harvested, in a peaceful and relaxing location, perfect for travelers eager to savor the enchantment of the countryside. Our cozy rooms are located in a separate wing of the house, with convenient parking available. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, television, air conditioning, free WiFi, and a kettle for tea or coffee, although we do not offer breakfast service. For children under 10 years old, a 50% discount is applied when adding an extra bed. The price includes overnight stay, all taxes, services, daily cleaning, parking, and tourist information material. However, the price does not include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
