I am Fabrizio, an architect from 1963. In 2003, I created Villa Stasi with passion and care, starting from the old summer family residence with a few targeted renovation interventions. My elderly parents, a retired doctor and an agritourism entrepreneur, supported me in my initial choices and continue to assist me warmly and familiarly in managing the structure. On the ground floor of the villa, my mother Anna Maria and father Cataldo reside in the summer and welcome their guests, co-assisted by Mrs. Anna, who expertly takes care of the breakfast and rooms.
For the discerning guest who loves the sea and tranquility, Villa Stasi is a pleasant and relaxing place, surrounded by the greenery of a large garden, 200 meters from the sea, but away from the frenzied noise of August vacationers because hardly anyone passes by via Gorizia. Nevertheless, it is a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Santa Maria di Leuca waterfront. We also have an excellent agriturismo 4 km away. All the guests of the villa have had the opportunity to taste our traditional cuisine specialties, and some have also opted for half-board, coming to dinner every evening.
Breakfast is obviously very important for a Bed and Breakfast. At Villa Stasi, from 8 to 9:30 every day, you can enjoy a genuine breakfast with locally produced artisanal products, such as jams and preserves made on the family farm, homemade donuts and pies, artisanal honey, fragrant homemade "health cookies," freshly purchased bread from the bakery, as well as fresh fruit, homemade yogurt, and fruit juices. All of this can be enjoyed in the shade of twelve majestic pine trees in our garden. At Villa Stasi, waking up is always particularly sweet and healthy.

Our marina is known as the "Pearl of the Two Seas" and you can admire the meeting point between the Ionian and Adriatic at Punta Meliso promontory.

From here, you can also reach the famous "Maldives of Salento", the golden beaches of the Ionian, with just a few kilometers of road.
In the inland area, small urban centers offer valuable examples of art and architecture from the Romanesque to the Baroque, traditional customs and costumes still intact (crafts, wrought iron, local typical products in general).
