Villa Stasi, a B&B (Bed and Breakfast) in Salento, Santa Maria di Leuca (Lecce) is a serene holiday spot situated in a manor house that is close to everything but away from the clamor and traffic. The breakfast is copious and authentic with products sourced from our agricultural company, served at the base of 12 majestic pine trees in the villa's garden. The rooms have free internet access and air conditioning. One of the rooms has a kitchen, and there is a garage for guests. The treatment is simple and familial, and you can explore the renowned places in Salento. We also have an agriturismo that has been in operation since 1996, approximately 4 km away. I am Fabrizio, an architect from 1963. In 2003, I created Villa Stasi with passion and care, starting from the old summer family residence with a few targeted renovation interventions. My elderly parents, a retired doctor and an agritourism entrepreneur, supported me in my initial choices and continue to assist me warmly and familiarly in managing the structure. On the ground floor of the villa, my mother Anna Maria and father Cataldo reside in the summer and welcome their guests, co-assisted by Mrs. Anna, who expertly takes care of the breakfast and rooms. For the discerning guest who loves the sea and tranquility, Villa Stasi is a pleasant and relaxing place, surrounded by the greenery of a large garden, 200 meters from the sea, but away from the frenzied noise of August vacationers because hardly anyone passes by via Gorizia. Nevertheless, it is a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Santa Maria di Leuca waterfront. We also have an excellent agriturismo 4 km away. All the guests of the villa have had the opportunity to taste our traditional cuisine specialties, and some have also opted for half-board, coming to dinner every evening.
