Hotel Villa Morgana
In the heart of Viareggio, just a short distance from the charming Parco Pineta di Ponente and only 300 meters from the beach, you will find a delightful Viareggian villa with 8 colorful rooms, ready to welcome you for a pleasant vacation.
Our hotel is the perfect place to relax in a simple and unrestricted manner. It is also ideal for business stays, with special discounts for companies and VAT numbers.
We have chosen to offer only accommodation services, allowing you to discover the culinary delights of the area. Opposite the hotel, you will find Gastronomia Gemma, which offers exquisite Tuscan cuisine and a pleasant cafeteria, as well as delicious breakfasts. Near the hotel, you can also visit the Puccinelli pastry shop.
During the period from September 15th to May 31st, cleaning and towel changes will be carried out every three days. We are at your disposal for any requests throughout the year.
In the summer, we have an agreement with the beach establishment (with a 10% discount), Bagno Milano, which also offers our guests a beachfront restaurant.
Our establishment is family-run, and you will be welcomed by Giulia, Ale, our two cats, and a cage of budgerigars. You can enjoy a small, green and shaded garden.

We have a lovely Liberty-style room with large windows, where we used to offer our delicious buffet during the summer. Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we have been forced to suspend the service until the end of this emergency.
Fortunately, just a few steps away from the hotel, there are four different options for breakfast:
- You can choose to have an organic breakfast at the delicatessen in front of the hotel;
- Enjoy an outdoor breakfast at the kiosk just 50 meters away;
- Experience the delights of a large pastry shop just 200 meters away;
- And last but not least, you can enjoy breakfast at the bar of Bagno Milano, which has an agreement with our hotel.
The managers are Alessandro and Giulia, although sometimes we think that the hotel owners are Lupo and Camilla: two cats that live with us.
They live a bit in the hotel, a bit wandering around, ignoring everyone, but inevitably they show up to greet those who arrive and to be photographed by our animal-loving clients.
In fact, many people come on vacation with their own cat.
Of course, I have to alert those who have allergies or don't like cats, this is not the hotel for you!
The hotel benefits from an extremely advantageous location: we are in close proximity to the park, the coastline, and the neighborhood that offers numerous shopping opportunities.
We are located just 10 minutes from the train station, so we highly recommend reaching us by train!
From the hotel, it is easy to access the sea, the lake, and the mountains.
