The fruits and vegetables used in the dishes are not treated, the livestock is raised without feed and the vineyard is d.o.c. of Rosso Conero, while the oil is of our own production. All these ingredients are used to create simple dishes of the Sirolo tradition, which enhance the genuine and authentic flavors of local cuisine.
In addition, the fish used in the restaurant is purchased directly from the Ancona fish market to ensure maximum freshness and quality. All products used in the restaurant are harvested and cooked strictly on the same day, to offer our guests an authentic and high-quality gastronomic experience.
