At our establishment, we provide a buffet breakfast that includes a wide range of delicious items created from raw materials produced on our farm, such as flour with the "terre del Conero" brand and fresh eggs. Additionally, we offer a selection of cold cuts and fruits produced directly by us to ensure maximum freshness and quality. The buffet breakfast also includes yogurt, croissants, cereals, fruit juices, smoothies, toast, omelets, cheeses, and much more. To accompany breakfast, we offer espresso and cappuccino, tea, and infusions. We are certain that our buffet breakfast will satisfy all the tastes and needs of our guests, providing an authentic and high-quality gastronomic experience.

Our B&B boasts a small restaurant located at the Emiliana Hotel, which stands out for its exclusive use of natural products from our Agricultural Company, which covers an area of 50 hectares within the Conero Park. The fruits and vegetables used in the dishes are not treated, the livestock is raised without feed and the vineyard is d.o.c. of Rosso Conero, while the oil is of our own production. All these ingredients are used to create simple dishes of the Sirolo tradition, which enhance the genuine and authentic flavors of local cuisine. In addition, the fish used in the restaurant is purchased directly from the Ancona fish market to ensure maximum freshness and quality. All products used in the restaurant are harvested and cooked strictly on the same day, to offer our guests an authentic and high-quality gastronomic experience. Our restaurant is therefore the ideal place to taste the typical cuisine of the area, prepared with fresh and natural ingredients, directly from our Agricultural Company.
