Villa Emma is located in a quiet area of Mestre near San Giuliano Park, just a 15-minute tram ride from Venice and a 15-minute walk from the city center. Our location and the surrounding area offer guests the opportunity to take long walks immersed in nature, visit numerous gardens, and enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside. Guests can go shopping, taste local products thanks to food and wine itineraries, and attend cultural events and exhibitions. The connection to Mestre train station and Venice Marco Polo Airport is always provided by the local transport company with a daytime and sufficiently frequent service, both 15 minutes away from the property. For those arriving by car, it is less than 10 minutes from the highway exit. We do not have private parking, but it is possible to leave the car near the house, the area is safe and free of charge. We have 4 double rooms and one single, all equipped with private bathroom, LED TV, mini fridge, and Wi-Fi internet connection. Bed linen and towels are included. Guests can also use a comfortable and equipped kitchen. To facilitate your stay, you will be given the keys to the room and the property, as well as tourist information material to move around Venice and its surroundings.
