Villa Caterina is a cozy manor villa dating back to the early twentieth century, which was renovated in the nineties. This structure, built with natural stone and thick walls, provides a pleasant coolness during the summer and a pleasant temperature in winter.
The rooms, bathrooms, and porches are fully finished with terracotta floors. The fixtures, doors, and furniture are made of sturdy chestnut wood. The villa extends over an area of ten thousand square meters, of which three thousand are dedicated to a garden equipped with charming gazebos. A particular feature of this villa is a surrounding wall, delimited by cypress and centuries-old pine trees, that encloses the garden.
This is the only B&B in Italy that offers an eco-bio path of thirty-five thousand square meters, within the Cilento Park, near the sanctuary of Madonna del Granato. Breakfast is served strictly with eco-bio products, under the cool shade of the gazebos.
