It has an independent entrance at street level and is cozy and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi. It is perfect for couples and families who want to experience an authentic Roman experience, being just a few steps away from the main tourist attractions and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, trattorias, bars, and theaters that animate the city's nightlife. At the entrance, you directly access the living area, furnished with a table, chairs, TV, and a queen-size sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with small and large appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave oven, a washing machine, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a toaster, as well as all the necessary dishes. Through a small hallway, you access the bedroom, equipped with a double bed, a TV, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, an iron, and an ironing board. In the bedroom's wardrobe, there is a small storage room with a vacuum cleaner, bucket, and mop for floor cleaning. The bathroom, located inside the bedroom, is modern and has a sink, toilet, shower, and a selection of courtesy products such as shampoo, body wash, and shower cap. There is no bidet, but a toilet faucet with a hand-held bidet is available. The entire apartment has independent heating and air conditioning. Guests can use free high-speed Wi-Fi, using a provided password. In addition, city guides and maps are available, including information on shopping and restaurants in the area. Please note that no pets of any size are allowed. Upon request, a baby cot can be provided.
