Welcome to our cozy vacation home in the historic center of San Miniato, a charming medieval town located halfway between the famous cities of Pisa, Florence, Siena, and Lucca. Our house is situated on the main square, offering an extremely convenient location to visit the numerous historical, artistic, and scenic attractions that San Miniato has to offer. Furthermore, we are directly on the Via Francigena, along the beautiful stretch that leads to Gambassi Terme, San Gimignano, and Siena.
Inside the house, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. A spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a bed for two people, a TV corner with satellite channels, a PlayStation3 console, and an AMAZON FireTV Stick to enjoy Netflix and Prime Video. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a stove.
Upstairs, you will find a "Family" room with a double bed and a single bed, ideal for a family. There is also a single room with a queen-sized bed, perfect for two children or teenagers. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin.
Check-in is self-service, and you will have a personalized pin to access the house, so there are no keys to pick up or return. We are Sabrina and Massimo, and together with our two children, we are a dynamic family, just like many others. We have finally fulfilled a great desire that we have nurtured for a long time, perhaps since the time we got married in San Miniato, or when we worked at the Municipal Theater, or even when we lived here as young lovers: now we have a wonderful house in San Miniato!

Crossed by the Via Francigena, it offers wonderful countryside, panoramic roads, and breathtaking hills. In every corner, you can breathe the atmosphere of slow culture, which is reflected not only in gastronomy but also in daily life. San Miniato has everything you need to have a quality tourist experience, while maintaining the simplicity, tranquility, and affordable costs of an authentic village. Another important thing to mention is that San Miniato is the ideal starting point for day trips to the main Tuscan cities and, why not, also to the Cinque Terre, Saturnia, or Pitigliano. Furthermore, we will be happy to recommend a myriad of charming smaller towns, rich in charm and history, to visit during your stay.
