Notre pension de famille se situe à deux pas de la mer à Cagliari ville d’Art, riche de sites archéologiques et de bâtiments de grande valeur architecturale, dans un lieu offrant une vue exceptionnelle, dans le cœur historique de la ville. "Urban Karalis" est une structure au design élégant et soigné dans le moindre détail, un bâtiment raffiné et plein de charme.

L’endroit où nous sommes situés et ses environs permettent à nos hôtes de plongés dans les couleurs et les lumières des rues commerçantes, naviguer entre évènements culturels et expositions.
En séjournant chez nous, nos hôtes seront proches des monuments et lieux d’intérêt pour satisfaire toute soif de connaissance. Nous tenons à signaler qu’à seulement 310 mètres se trouve la "Cattedrale di Santa Maria". De plus les passionnés de foot pourront supporter leur équipe préférée dans le stade le plus proche "Stadio Sant'Elia di Cagliari".

The Moss room is striking at first signt for the ecletic imprint of the drawing that occupies the central wall where the headboard rests. The work is created by Andrea Casciu, visual and street artist originally from Sanluri, who loves to associate the immagine of a fantastic world with his portrait, in this case hidden in a urban jungle. The headboard, handcrafted in a oak wood with woven ropes, frames a part of the painting, as if to seal the new link between hospitality and urban art. The room, type Superio Deluxe, of 22m2 with Balcony, overlooks the inner courtyard of the building with a unprecedented view of the roofs and the bell towers of Cagliari. The two-meter king size bed of the Simmons comfort series, the hypoallergenic microfiber and cotton pillows are designed to offer maximum comfort during the rest; in moments of relaxations, 50-inch smart TV with Netflix, and herbal tea corner with a selection of tea and coffee. The desk with chest of drawers and ergonomic seat in the room allows you to work comfortably from a PC, supported by uktra-fast fiber connection. The shower experience is even more engaging thanks to the spacious shower enclosure of over two m2 with a high pressure shower head with rain effect and chromotherapy with RB LED spotlights to promote the return to ideal psycho-physical balance. Caramel represents man's bond with the territory, its traditions, but also its evolution. One of the most symbolic masks of the Carnival in Sardinia, that of the race to the star of the Sartiglia worn by the race leader "su Componidori" stands on the central wall of the room; a sort of seed God and priest of fertility, here interpreted by a woman knight who undresses, the only and recent exception to the feminine in the centuries-old, if not millennial, tradition of Sardinian masks. The work in hypoallergenic acrylic spray is signed by Nadia Mazzocchitti, aka Urban Kofa. Always passionate about painting, Kofa discovered muralism in her years in Sardinia and decided to make it a profession, reinterpreting in a pop key female busts that always remain with their faces covered to leave the observer the space to imagine emotions. The headboards of the bed, made of handcrafted oak wood, play the dual role: they frame a part of the painting and hold stretched ropes on the frame, as if to seal the new link between hospitality and urban art. The room, type Deluxe double, 19 m2 with private balcony, overlooks the inner courtyard of the building overlooking the baroque façade of the collegiate church of Sant'Anna. Emerald is the urban weave room of the mural by the well-known Cagliari artist and ceramicist Federico Carta, aka "Crisa," which dominates the irregular room almost enveloping it. A tale within a tale in the urban suburbs where nature seems to take back its spaces, in constant tension with "human objects." In the lines of the drawing in continuity between branches, brambles, cables, antennas and buildings, the outline of Cagliari's old town and the Castello district can be recognized. The headboards of the bed, handcrafted from oak wood, play the dual role: they frame part of the painting and hold taut ropes in frame, as if to seal the new link between hospitality and urban art. The room, Standard double type of 18 m2, has a private balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and a privileged view of the facade of St. Anne's Collegiate Church. Bloom is the room of dreams and clouds. It is not only the location of this 25 sq. m. comfort room that directly overlooks Piazza Yenne with a view of the upper district of Castello that makes it a somewhat magical place, but it is also and above all because of the subject created by Alessandra Pulixi, aka La Fille Bertha, a Cagliari artist and illustrator who is among the best known in the city and recognizable in street art drawings in Cagliari. Many of the works that populate the "Mural Streets" in Cagliari, between Via San Saturnino and the Terrapieno, are his. The "creature" she made in spray can and paint is part of the large family of female figures that populate the city. For her, these are "free-floating entities that dwell in an undefined elsewhere." Midnight is the hummingbird's room. In spite of the actual size of the world's smallest bird, in this room at Urban Karalis the hummingbird takes center stage and is depicted in flight in a reproduction on wall paper of the work of the same name by muralist Giorgio Casu aka Jorghe, who has hand-decorated some of the reliefs. The iridescent plumage of this little warrior accustomed to fighting to defend his species is colorful brightens the room; the bird and with its very long beak it almost seems to want to come out of its painting. Midnight is a 28-m2 suite. The whirlpool bath, also equipped with foot massage, is located between the sleeping area and the bathroom. An invitation to regenerate after a fulfilling day. The en-suite bathroom boasts a sensory shower equipped with chromo-therapy with RGB LED lights with a large cabin in non-slip marmogres floor and generous 50 to 70 cm rain shower heads. This is followed by 55-inch Iframe Smart Tv with Netflix , desk with seating and the Simmons two-meter king-size bed with temperature-regulating microsphere fabric.
