This room is the largest in our Bnb and overlooks a side street. It is an ideal room for those who love silence, tranquility and ample space. In this room there is a regular double bed and a single bed, the bathroom is complete with shower and toilet (no bidet), a large wardrobe, TV and a breakfast table.
This room is the brightest of our BnB as it is the only one to have a balcony for exclusive use. This is a large, bright room with a full private bathroom, with a comfortable double bed that can be separated into two single beds, as well as a third bed for groups of three guests. The room is equipped with air conditioning / heating, clothes hanger, armchair and TV.
My name is Francesca and I am the owner of this establishment. I am a precise person who loves meeting new people. For me, the most important thing is to welcome my guests and make them feel at home. I will be available almost every day at the facility to tidy up the rooms, restock your breakfast baskets, and answer any questions you may have. In managing my small business, I am assisted by my son Luca, my assistant Giorgia, and my dear friend Consuelo. I can't wait to host you in my home and get to know you.
The Flaminio neighborhood is a residential area, surrounded by greenery and youthful. This place encompasses all the most important points related to sports, concerts, and cultural events: Maxxi, Auditorium Parco della Musica, Stadio Flaminio, Stadio Olimpico, and Foro Italico. It is also in an excellent location to reach the historic center of Rome, in fact, from my windows, you can see in the distance the grand entrance of Piazza del Popolo.
