The Bed & Breakfast is composed of different areas: a spacious and bright loft that offers four beds, a living area, a dining area with modern amenities such as a sink, table, and microwave, and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A large lounge is dedicated to breakfast and enriched with tables, sofas, a small library, and a stereo system, which can easily be transformed to accommodate exhibitions, dinners, meetings, courses, and small events for up to fifty people. Additionally, a double bedroom overlooks a charming inner garden, completed with a private bathroom with a shower.
The gardens, one shared with the owners and the other reserved for guests, offer peaceful spaces where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors.
The building, built in the early 1900s, has been faithfully renovated while maintaining its original style. All facilities have been modernized and are in compliance with current regulations, ensuring a perfect balance between history and modern comfort.
The breakfast offers a variety of delights to start the day in the best way possible. You can enjoy fresh milk, coffee, tea, and fruit juice, accompanied by freshly baked brioches, cakes, and cookies. For those who love local products, we offer yogurt and butter from Latteria Soresina, just a few kilometers away. For cereal lovers, there are several options available. You can also spread our tasty homemade jams on toast. If you prefer a savory breakfast, you can choose between bread or toast, quality cold cuts, and cheeses.
If you have specific dietary needs, such as a vegan or gluten-free diet, we will be happy to accommodate your requests with prior communication.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to cultivate my passions within Spaziovitale! Here, you will find a warm hospitality, a love for art, a passion for photography, poetry, design, nature, animals, and cuisine. All these elements are an integral part of my daily life here in our B&B and they intensify during the exciting events we offer. From book presentations to photography, painting, and sculpture exhibitions, to musical and theatrical performances, there is always something interesting to discover with us.
My first visit to this place was an epiphany: simply calling it "home" seemed like a limiting expression. Even before formalizing the purchase, the dream of transforming it into a Bed & Breakfast was already taking shape in my mind, a dream that would be called Spaziovitale.
The journey to purchase, design, renovate, and finally inaugurate the business has not been without challenges. However, the final result is a source of great satisfaction: I have brought to life a place that perfectly embodies my vision. Spaziovitale proves to be a sanctuary of tranquility and inspiration, with versatile rooms that reflect the personality and stories of those who live in them, as well as spaces defined by an aura of joy and positivity. It is a space designed to welcome friends, artists, couples, families, food enthusiasts, professionals seeking relaxation after a day of work, in a warm and inviting environment.
