Surrounded by meadows and forests, far from noise and pollution, yet easily accessible, you will find Agritur Soreie, which means "sun" in Ladin. This place is strategically located for reaching the ski lifts of Catinaccio, Buffaure, and Alpe Lusia. Here, Sebastian Ghetta's family has chosen to live in harmony with nature, respecting and adapting to its rhythms. In this place, everything - the land, plants, animals, and humans - is part of a single ecosystem, living in balance and collaboration, creating a feeling of peace. The gardens are cultivated following biodynamic methods, where vegetables, small fruits, and cereals grow outdoors, following crop rotation. The soil is fertilized only with composted manure. Goats and sheep freely graze in the higher meadows, visited twice a day by the shepherd. The milk from these animals is used by Laura and Sebastian to produce cheeses and yogurt, which are sold along with jams, fruits, and vegetables, even retail. After a night immersed in the enchanting scent of cirmolo, there is nothing better than an authentic and wholesome mountain breakfast to rejuvenate and start the day in a healthy way.
