The structure has been designed to guarantee maximum comfort: each room is equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, and compliant facilities, while the services include breakfast included in the price, free use of air conditioning and the fridge, as well as a meticulous housekeeping and linen change service twice a week or with each guest change.
However, it is important to note that the B&B is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties. Regarding arrivals, these are scheduled between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm, with the possibility of arranging different times directly with the manager. At the time of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am.
Respect for the tranquility and well-being of all guests is essential: for this reason, precise rules have been established, such as the prohibition of smoking in common areas and rooms, the prohibition of bringing pets, and allowing access only to registered guests. Furthermore, special attention is required for the safekeeping of keys, with a cost of €50 in case of loss, and responsibility for any damages to rooms or furnishings, which must be reimbursed in cash before departure. Finally, guests are kindly asked not to disturb the rest of other guests during nighttime hours, and no responsibility is assumed for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in the rooms.
