The San Domenico flat is a housing option that is completely located on the ground floor, within a beautiful inner courtyard of an 18th-century building.
The apartment, equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, consists of a living area with a sofa, a foldaway double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink, and shower, and a small loft used as a "relaxation area", which can be used as a third bed if necessary.
It is important to note that the apartment has a separate entrance from the inner courtyard and is easily accessible even for people with reduced mobility or the elderly, as it is located on the ground floor, without architectural barriers, and with a modern design.
The San Domenico Bis is another housing solution located on the second floor, consisting of a fully equipped living area, with a loft that can accommodate a bed, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a large bathroom with a shower. The apartment has central heating and air conditioning.
The house overlooks a quiet inner courtyard and has a small balcony.
Children up to 5 years old can stay for free using a folding crib provided by the owner.
For those who wish, there is the possibility to use a covered parking space for motorcycles/scooters.

We are a close-knit family consisting of a husband and wife, accompanied by our adorable 6 and 5-year-old daughters, Alice and Camilla. After experiencing the incredible kindness of the people we have encountered during our travels, we now wish to repay the same favor to those who choose to stay in our welcoming apartment for a few days in the beautiful city we love!
