The apartment, equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, consists of a living area with a sofa, a foldaway double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink, and shower, and a small loft used as a "relaxation area", which can be used as a third bed if necessary. It is important to note that the apartment has a separate entrance from the inner courtyard and is easily accessible even for people with reduced mobility or the elderly, as it is located on the ground floor, without architectural barriers, and with a modern design.
