The Santa Maria Resort is located in front of the Stagnone lagoon, where the submerged Punica road once flowed, and behind the majestic Santa Maria Island. It is immersed in a spectacular landscape of vineyards, salt pans, and windmills. We offer our guests 14 finely furnished hotel rooms and 17 apartments equipped with all comforts. At our resort, guests can enjoy activities such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, sunbathing by the pool or renting bicycles, canoes and SUPs to explore the beautiful natural reserve of the Stagnone.
Our resort offers breakfast served at the restaurant inside the Resort. Breakfast is included for all hotel guests, while for apartment guests the price is €8.00 per person per day. Breakfast will consist of cappuccino, croissants, coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, butter, honey, jam, eggs, muesli, cheese, and cold cuts. Upon arrival, you will be given a menu where you can mark your preferences and breakfast will be served directly at your table.

DOUBLE ROOM DELUXE SEA VIEW The deluxe sea view rooms are divided into double for single use, double or triple. The rooms on the first floor all have a balcony overlooking the lagoon of the Stagnone di Marsala, while those on the ground floor have a veranda with a pergola and a private garden with a view towards the lagoon and the Egadi Islands. All our rooms offer a seaview, garden view or pool view. We offer our guests all the amenities such as satellite TV, safe, air con (hot and cold), private bathrooms with shower gel, hairdrier and free WIFI. The rooms located on the first floor offer a balcony with a spectacular sea view over the Egadi Islands, while the ones located on ground floor offer a nice patio area. In each room is also possible to add a babybed gratis or a single bed (on request with a small extra)
Seaview Studio The studios (2/3 beds) are located on the first floor with a fantastic view towards the lagoon of the Stagnone di Marsala. Thanks to the insight and determination of the Mezzapelle Brothers, local entrepreneurs who have believed and continue to believe in the tourist and sports development of the Stagnone, it was possible to create a resort that showcases the beauty of the area. Being natives of the area, these entrepreneurs were the first to invest in their homeland and showcase its potential. From 2000 to 2015, the Mezzapelle family built the Resort Santa Maria***, with 14 hotel rooms and 17 apartments.
La Laguna dello Stagnone est une magnifique zone naturelle protégée située sur la côte ouest de la Sicile, dans la province de Trapani. La lagune s'étend sur environ 24 kilomètres carrés et est caractérisée par une riche biodiversité, avec de nombreuses espèces d'oiseaux migrateurs qui y font escale lors de leurs migrations. La lagune abrite également des salines où le sel marin est encore produit selon des techniques traditionnelles. De plus, la région est célèbre pour la présence de Mothia, une ancienne ville phénicienne fondée au VIIIe siècle avant JC et qui est aujourd'hui l'un des principaux sites archéologiques de la région.
