Our property

Posada Serena is a family-run B&B designed to provide a warm and family-friendly environment for our guests. Our facility is conveniently located near the famous university, shopping center, Navile River, multiple supermarkets, and the tax agency. The center of Bologna, with its main tourist attractions, is only 3 km away. Our house is surrounded by greenery and has an elevator. We offer two rooms, one with a private bathroom and one with a shared bathroom, both equipped with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast, continental or buffet, is included in the room price. Upon request, it is possible to have lunch and dinner at our facility.

Welcome! My name is Eunice, but my friends call me Nice. I live with my son in a house surrounded by greenery, located 4 km from the city center and 2 km from the ring road, as well as only 4.1 km from the airport. The house has an elevator and I consider myself a sociable person who enjoys company but also knows how to appreciate their solitude. I am Brazilian and have been living in Italy for many years. I have two wonderful children and I am a Reiki practitioner. I love music, reading, and cinema, and every guest who chooses me as a host tries to make them feel at home. The neighborhood is popular but very peaceful, instilling a great sense of serenity.
