Towards the end of 1979, when San Gimignano was not yet a well-known tourist destination worldwide, I began renting out the Santa Fina apartment, the first one that I am particularly fond of. It has accompanied me over the years and has struck me with its breathtaking view from the large terrace.
Over time, I expanded my offerings by renting out other apartments and rooms scattered throughout the historic center of the city. In 2000, together with my son Francesco, we inaugurated Palazzo Tortoli, a charming 14th-century palace located in the splendid Piazza Della Cisterna. This elegant palace, of great architectural importance, is mentioned in all the most important international tourist guides. Finally, in 2002, we opened Podere Ponte a Nappo, a wonderful recently renovated farmhouse with a pool, completely immersed in greenery. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Tuscan countryside and San Gimignano, which is located right in front of the farmhouse, only 900 meters away, easily reachable on foot in just 10 minutes.
Every year, together with Andrea and Francesco, we warmly welcome tourists from all over the world, with whom we often engage in long conversations while sitting in the garden or sipping a glass of wine amidst the towers of San Gimignano.
What gives us the greatest satisfaction is seeing customers who come back every year and recommend our apartments to their friends and relatives.
In the hope of leaving you with a beautiful memory of us and your vacation in San Gimignano, we will be happy to host and welcome you together with my sons Andrea and Francesco.
