The Country House Poggio del Drago Bed and Breakfast is located on the ground floor of an ancient stone farmhouse dating back to the late 1800s. We have restored this structure and created a perfect oasis, immersed in the wonderful Tuscan countryside, a short distance from the city of Arezzo and close to Florence, Siena, and many other places of artistic and historical interest.
At our property, you can enjoy an outdoor breakfast with a breathtaking view and listen to the chirping of birds, relax by the pool, sip a cappuccino while getting lost in pleasant thoughts of the new day beginning.
Our Bed and Breakfast takes its name from the location where it is situated, Poggio del Drago, and inspired by this mythological creature, we have chosen the names for our rooms. Each one is named after a Dragon from the Inheritance Cycle, the series of fantasy novels by American author Christopher Paolini: these are Lenora, Miramal, Ophelia, Saphira, and Vanilor.
