The row is built on the hillside. Consequently, the large garden is on two levels, there are 10 steps to reach the house and the double bedroom, at the back of the house, gets light and air from a large courtyard but has no view. Water reserve, garden equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers (all in wood), irrigation system, small barbecue, solar awning.
Linen changed twice a week included in the price.
Pinus Village is the last condominium on the coast of Pula (CA), a few kilometers from Chia.
Built on the sea, it has a nice beach with bar / restaurant and some coves within walking distance. Quiet from October to June, it comes alive especially in the high season months.
The nearest market is about 1 km away, on the SS195 at La Pineta condominium, where there are some other shops and services. In the high season, a small weekly food market is held at the Pinus.
Downtown Pula is 12 km away and offers all the services useful to the visitor, as well as the famous archaeological site and the beach of Nora. Chia is much closer, about 5 km: here the visitor finds 7 beaches, from Su Portu to Cala Cipolla, all of exceptional quality.
The route of the ancient Roman road that connected Nora to Bithia (Chia) can be covered on foot or by bicycle, starting from the Pinus beach or from Viale Erika. On the other side of the condominium, an easy path on the sea allows you to reach the long beach of Santa Margherita in a few minutes.
