I embarked on this adventure hoping to be able to offer my guests the perfect stay: the convenience of reaching the whole city, the historic center and the most important monuments in a short time, staying in total safety and tranquility, with all the comforts like at home.
The Appio-San Giovanni is a residential and quiet district located just outside the historic center. Thanks to the Metro A and the Metro C stops and the nearby Tuscolana Station is well connected to all major points of interest. It offers a wide choice for catering for all tastes with many bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shop and pubs. If you want to cook at home, at 100 meters, there is a well-stocked supermarket and, every morning right under the house also the local market, where it is possible to buy fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. All other essential services are also really within walking distance. In the nearby Via Appia Nuova there is the possibility of long walks and shopping with a wide choice of the best brands for all tastes and budgets.
