I have Irish origins and lived in Ireland for most of my life, coming into contact with the reality of family-run B&Bs from an early age. I managed the Irish Shop in Bologna for many years, but more recently, I desired a calmer and more peaceful lifestyle and turned my home into a B&B.
It is close to the city centre and located opposite San Michele in Bosco, one of the most scenic parks in Bologna, in an area where parking is easy.
It's very close to the internationally renowned Rizzoli Hospital and, besides, all other hospitals in the area are within a comfortable walking distance. The owners bough the property over 40 years ago and run their home in a relaxed and informal way. The house retains many of its original fittings, it is filled with antique furniture, china and silver, along with all modern comforts. The result is authentic, interesting and very comfortable.
