If you arrive in Turin by train or plane, to reach Largo Montebello by public transport, you can take Bus 68 on Corso Vittorio Emanuele and get off at Via Rossini at the corner of Corso Regina Margherita. Then, go back 30 steps and turn left onto Via Santa Giulia. Continue until you reach the tree-lined square and immediately on the left you will find the Nicosia Pelù Bed & Breakfast.
Largo Montebello is a charming square surrounded by buildings that create an architectural harmony in the Art Nouveau style.
At number 33, you will find a plaque indicating the presence of the B&B. Below, you can admire the building with its balconies overlooking the square, offering a splendid panoramic view of the hills. This building dates back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries and is in the Art Nouveau style.
In just a few minutes, you can visit the historic center of Turin and, with only three tram stops, reach the largest open-air market in Europe, known as "Porta Palazzo," where you can find great deals.
From the balcony of the B&B, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the hills and admire the Basilica of Superga, which can be reached by an ancient rack tram, a very characteristic experience. From the balcony, you can also see a part of the Mole Antonelliana, now the Museum of Cinema. From here, it is only a five-minute walk away.
