The Nicchia Residence is located in the heart of Verona's historic center, just a few steps away from the Arena. Access is guaranteed by a keypad and magnetic card, and the nearest covered parking is only a 7-8 minute walk away. The Nicchia is on the first floor of a 1930s building, completely renovated to offer maximum comfort to its guests.
This small tourist facility is equipped with all the useful technologies to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. From the cozy entrance area, you can access the comfortable apartments, perfectly soundproofed to ensure maximum privacy and tranquility. In each room, a sliding door in natural light wood leads to its own bathroom, furnished with black tones for the walls and ceiling, and equipped with warm wooden furniture, large polished granite slabs, and a large mirror above the sink.
