The house is situated in a quiet and sunny location, on the edge of the woods, just 5 km from Tolmezzo. We have reserved a double room and a twin room for guests, both with a shared bathroom. Both rooms have a private terrace, from which you can admire a splendid view of the meadows and surrounding mountains. The property has a storage room where you can store motorcycles, bicycles, and ski equipment. In the immediate vicinity, there is a bicycle path connected to a network of road and mountain bike routes. Hiking enthusiasts can easily reach valley or high-altitude trails. The nearest ski resort is located on Monte Zoncolan, at an altitude of 1750 meters. It can be reached by car in just 30 minutes and offers 22 km of slopes. It is a breathtaking panoramic location from which you can admire the entire area of the Friulian Alps.
