The bathroom has been completely renovated and offers everything you need for your comfort, such as a hairdryer, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV, heating, and free Wi-Fi in all rooms.
The furniture is of high quality and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary safety devices. We have installed a new boiler and state-of-the-art air conditioners to ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests. Additionally, the mattresses are of excellent quality to guarantee you a restful sleep. Dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, and washing machine complete the range of high-quality appliances at your disposal. To ensure your safety, we have installed smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

With a short walk, you will find all the services and commercial activities (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, banks, shops) that will make your stay in Rome carefree and unforgettable. However, it is also close to the Santa Maria della Pietà Park, where you can engage in sports activities and where a cycling path starts that takes you directly to the city center. The Poliambulanza Gemelli and the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart can be reached on foot or, alternatively, by taking the 907/446 bus line. The S. Filippo Neri hospital can be reached by taking the 907/546 bus line. The Olympic Stadium is easily accessible by car and is only 5/10 minutes away.
