In just 25 minutes, you can reach the Rome Termini train station and be in the heart of the city. Alternatively, you can take a quick 15-minute drive to Anzio and Nettuno and spend a lovely day at the beach. This small family-run B&B offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms and entrances. You'll have the freedom to come and go as you please, just like at home. We strive to meet all of your needs and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Your breakfast will be ready in your room when you wake up, and if you get hungry during the night, you can quickly prepare something yourself. In any case, if you need my help, I will be available from 8 am onwards. You can choose from various types of tea, herbal teas, fruit juices, instant coffee or coffee prepared with a moka, and a variety of pastries to accompany your favorite drink. You will be welcomed with a delightful welcome chocolate.
