Loft 19

On the first floor of the industrial building, with access from Via Mantova 19, is the entrance to the LOFT, which leads to the Mini Loft Design and the Bed and Breakfast called Loft 19. Everything has been completely redesigned and rebuilt since September 2021. The Mini Loft Design is a fully furnished apartment designed for four people, on different levels that outline a small entrance hall, a relaxation lounge with a double sofa bed and the latest generation smart TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with dining table and a bathroom with shower. Connecting the sleeping area on the mezzanine is a designer staircase designed by the property owner. The Loft 19 Bed and Breakfast has 3 rooms with en-suite bathrooms designed for a maximum of 2 people. The industrial look has been emphasised by the creation of modern, minimalist bathrooms and bedrooms with designer objects and solutions, always with a view to personal comfort. The beds and linen are made entirely of natural fibres and deliberately made in Italy. The underfloor heating, which can be controlled individually, air conditioning and smart LED TVs connected to Wi-Fi allow guests to enjoy the latest technology and make the most of the spacious accommodation. A laundry service and ironing facilities are available for a fee.
