B&B Ligustico

Bed & Breakfast in Genova in the city center

Located in the heart of Genoa's historic center, the B&B Ligustico welcomes guests inside an elegant building dating back to the late 18th century, overlooking the central Via Cairoli, which is part of the renowned Strade Nuove, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Its prime location in a spacious pedestrian area, accessible to taxis, allows visitors to fully experience the city's authentic atmosphere, surrounded by medieval alleys and Renaissance streets. The establishment, separate from the host's residence, is situated on the third floor and conveniently served by an elevator. The spaces are characterized by their brightness and tranquility, offering views of a large tree-lined courtyard that ensures peace despite being in the city center. Guests can choose between two accommodations: a double room and a single room, both featuring a private bathroom for exclusive use with direct access. The single room, designed with a split-level layout, can be reached via a short internal staircase. There is also the option to request a crib for infants. Common areas include a fully equipped kitchen reserved for guests, which is used for breakfast and relaxation, as well as a hallway that houses a small, well-curated library with fiction, foreign language books, and texts for children and young adults. An Italian-style breakfast is offered in a self-service format with packaged products. Available services include free Wi-Fi, bed and bath linens, toiletries, in-room television, use of a washer and dryer, and informational materials about the city. The strategic location allows guests to reach some of the city's main attractions on foot in just a few minutes, such as the Genoa Aquarium in the Old Port area, Via Garibaldi with its famous historic palaces, and Piazza De Ferrari with the Ducal Palace. Nearby, there are also museums, theaters, local eateries, and all essential services, as well as the Genoa Piazza Principe train station, which is easily accessible.
