After spending twenty years together in Paris, Cécile and Salvatore decided to return to Italy, one of the most beautiful countries in the world for them.
Their idea was to offer their guests a serene, intimate and welcoming environment, and in 2015 they opened their structure. The rooms, located in a historic building from 1835, have been carefully restored and furnished with family antique furniture and objects, chosen or made to measure for them.
They will welcome you here in Turin, World Capital of Taste, in their rooms combined with Salvatore's nutritionist studio and their food education association Mediterran, founded together with a group of Italo-French friends.
Cécile comes from a family of French diplomats who have lived in various parts of the world, from Normandy to China and Japan, and finally in southern France, where she was born. She also works in the field of contemporary theater and circus.
Salvatore Alessandro is a nutritionist biologist who comes from an ancient family of sailors and salt merchants of the "Regie Saline di Puglia". He works in international cooperation for the Mediterranean, within the framework of the United Nations, and has worked at the UNESCO Mediterranean Program, in the Paris headquarters, on the inscription in 2010 of the Mediterranean Diet on the lists of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
