The charming balcony overlooks the famous Via Vittorio Emanuele (Cassaro), the oldest street in the city that connects the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, and the Four Corners to the sea. The entrance is located in a characteristic street, cornering with Via Vittorio Emanuele, which has recently become a meeting place for Palermo's nightlife. The area is pedestrian and full of locals, it might be noisy. The street of the house's door, very particular, attracts many tourists every day who often stop for a photo. On foot, you can easily reach the main attractions of the city without having to take any means of transportation. The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator. There are no changes or cleanings during the stay. The type of Wi-Fi is ultra-fast fiber optic. The check-in time (to be communicated at the time of booking) is between 2pm and 8pm. Late check-in from 8pm to 9. 30pm has an additional charge (20 euro). After 9. 30pm no check-ins are accepted.
