Le Querce is a peaceful place located on the hill of Baja Sardinia. After struggling to find a spot on the beach or parking the car far away and walking uphill for 800 meters.. you will enter a completely different world: an authentic corner of Sardinia. We are facing the Maddalena Archipelago, in a wonderful setting of rocks, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and a garden of almost 3 hectares, partly manicured and partly wild. Nevertheless, we are only 4 minutes away from the sea, on the outskirts of Baja Sardinia and 5-6 km from Porto Cervo. Peace, privacy, and silence reign here: the ideal place to relax and meditate. We offer cottages, ancient farmhouses, available from May to October. Casa Letizia and Belsit are two very similar cottage villas, 30 sqm, completely immersed in the garden. Each cottage has a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds), a kitchenette, a dining area, a bathroom, and an outdoor area equipped with tables, chairs, and sun loungers. Letizia is a very romantic place for a couple, while Belsit is more secluded, about 10-15 meters away from the other houses. Casa Rosa and Casa Verde are two comfortable one-bedroom apartments, 50 sqm, one with an east view and the other with a west view. Each apartment has a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a double bedroom. Outside, there is a large terrace/patio. They can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. Each house has its shaded parking space on the 3-hectare property, which is fenced and equipped with video surveillance. The minimum stay is 4 nights, which becomes 6 during the months of July and August. Please contact us before booking: we may have last-minute offers or other available options. Due to the particular location with scalable rocks, Le Querce does not accept children under 12 years old and, in line with the decades-long tradition of "hermitage," teenagers accustomed to frequenting nightclubs or having noisy parties are not allowed.
Letizia: a small cottage of great privacy, completely surrounded by its own garden. It is a 30sqm studio apartment with two views: to the east with a small terrace and to the west with a large partially covered terrace for beautiful dinners and sunsets. Inside there is a kitchenette, a dining area, a bed area and a bathroom where the rock enters to form the large shower. It is our favorite home for romantic couples.
The Pink (Rosa) house is a delightful two-room apartment of 50 square meters. Furnished in a romantic style, it is ideal if you want to be cuddled and at ease. The bedroom is painted with pink watercolor. This color promotes peaceful and regenerating sleep. It has a large outdoor veranda with sofas, dining area and views on the LeQuerce rocks. Inside of: -LIVING ROOM with sofa bed for a possible third guest. - LUNCH AREA with TV, -Equipped kitchen, - BEDROOM with double bed or 2 beds and built-in wardrobe, - BATHROOM with shower (accessible only from the bedroom). The Verde (Green) house is a two-room house of 50 square meters obtained from an original sardinian stazzu. It is spacious and comfortable It has a large outdoor veranda with dining area and views over the valley.
