The Hotel Leon Bianco has been part of our family for three generations, or maybe it's us who are part of it. Our home was right above the hotel: the boundaries between the two constantly blurred. When we were children, we played in the hallways where you now walk, our friends would stop by for a drink in the lobby, and our family would have breakfast with the guests on Sundays. We love these walls as if they were our own home. In our family, there are people with different personalities, like pieces of a perfect puzzle, who serve you at the hotel. Paola is sociable and outgoing, taking care of welcoming the guests, Ilaria is organized and in charge of administration and breakfast. Our parents make sure everything is in order on the floors, while Matteo approaches the hospitality profession with passion, bringing the freshness of his twenties. Just as our home used to be, our entire staff is part of the family: in addition to the Galgani family members, trusted individuals work here. They are collaborators who have become old but dear friends: we like to maintain the same staff so that it can improve every day, feel at ease within these walls, and fall in love with them like we have. Lisa, the receptionist, and Ugo, the night porter, are the people we trust the most and can always rely on.
