The Room and Breakfast LE MAGIE is located in Sindia, a municipality of 1800 inhabitants in the province of Nuoro, situated at the western end of the province, bordering with it. Geographically, its town center is located on the Campeda plateau, while parts of its territory are in Planargia, Marghine, and Montiferru. It is a 10-minute drive from the sea of Bosa and Porto Alabe, and 25 minutes from the marina of S'archittu.
It is a guesthouse consisting of 5 rooms and a common living room for breakfast. Guests are not disturbed by people (e.g., family members of the property) who are not vacationers. The manager is responsible for giving the room keys to the customer upon arrival and preparing breakfast, and then leaves the property.
The property is located in a new and quiet area of the town, with little traffic and ample parking in front of the house for cars.
