Additionally, you will have the possibility to easily reach the famous cities of Lecce, Gallipoli, and Santa Maria di Leuca. PARK: The apartments are located within a vast 15,000 m2 park, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. You can enjoy ample outdoor spaces for your relaxation and entertainment. TENNIS COURT: At your disposal, there is a concrete tennis court, complete with a changing room, which you can use free of charge during your stay. POOL: The property offers two pools, one exclusively for the Residence guests and another for the Villa guests. The pool is open from the first Saturday in June to the last Saturday in October, allowing you to fully enjoy your summer stay.
