Holiday House in Bordighera in the hills

The house is a small newly built villa, completed in 2019, nestled in the lush greenery of the Ligurian countryside. The spaces are simple and functional, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with three single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. It is an ideal option for families or small groups seeking tranquility without sacrificing proximity to the sea. Outside, the typical terraced landscape of the inland region provides ample areas for outdoor dining, relaxation, and enjoying the sun and mild climate of Liguria, along with a wide view of the gulf. Access is via a short and easy dirt road, with parking available next to the house. The location is private and quiet, yet convenient: the beach can be reached in about four minutes by car, while the town center and historic area of Bordighera are roughly ten minutes away, offering restaurants, pizzerias, and various services. Nearby, there are charming attractions such as the Pallanca Exotic Garden, the elegant Villa Garnier, and the tourist marina, which serves as a starting point for nautical activities and sea excursions. Also close by is the long cycling path of the Ponente Ligure Coastal Park, perfect for walks and bike rides, as well as the scenic routes linked to locations painted by Claude Monet, along with the inland villages of Seborga, Dolceacqua, Apricale, and Pigna. A car is necessary for your stay. In the municipality of Bordighera, there is a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of fifteen nights, with exemptions for children under twelve years old. Welcoming guests are Marinella and Simona, two sisters deeply connected to this area. Marinella is a primary school teacher, while Simona is an architect; both are passionate about sharing the beauty and culture of the Ligurian coast, providing genuine, family-oriented hospitality that makes every guest feel at home.
