We have three double rooms and two bathrooms reserved for guests, with a rich breakfast to start the day in the best possible way. We are particularly attentive to the needs of families and business travelers. In addition, we will be happy to provide you with information on places to visit, excursions and walks in the area. Our private parking and independent entrance for guests will guarantee you a comfortable and relaxing stay.
We are a family that has decided to share their home with tourists since 2003. Over time, we have grown and can now accommodate up to 12 people. In these years, we have met many wonderful people and learned to appreciate even more our valley, the mountains, and the paths, as well as the proximity to Lake Como and its beauties.
Valsassina, a treasure yet to be discovered, is immersed in a characteristic landscape of peace and tranquility. Located in an exceptional position between lakes and mountains, it offers a unique experience of harmony between nature, culture, and tradition, and is easily accessible from Lecco and Milan.
Here, you can enjoy warm summers and snow-rich winters, perfect for relaxing and regenerating. Even today, you can meet farmers in their daily activities and taste the fruits of local tradition.
Nearby, there are many leisure activities, such as the cycle path, the nature trail with picnic area, bowling, riding stables, sport fishing, soccer field, basketball, and volleyball, the Nordic ski ring (Cortabbio). Leaving Primaluna, you can take various walks and hikes in the mountains, such as Grigne, Pizzo Tre Signori, Monte Legnone, various mountain refuges, and alpine pastures. At the Guides' House in Introbio, you can practice sport climbing. In winter, the ski resorts of Piani di Bobbio and Valtorta (Barzio), Pian delle Betulle, Alpe Paglio, Alpe Giumello (Margno-Casargo), and Cainallo are open for skiing enthusiasts. In addition, the area is rich in gastronomic opportunities thanks to the numerous farms and agritourisms present in the Muggiasca Valley and Valsassina.

Our breakfast is diverse and abundant, with sweet and savory options to satisfy all tastes. We use organic and typical products from our valley, including bread, butter, jams, and homemade pastries, freshly baked croissants, honey, cereals, fruit juices, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, cold cuts, cheese, and eggs.

We are a family. In 2003, together with our three children - Davide, Daniele and Gianfranco - we opened our home to tourists in a small ground floor apartment. Since then, we have expanded our space and can now accommodate up to 12 people. Leaving the town of Primaluna, you can embark on several walks or mountain excursions such as Grigne, Pizzo Tre Signori, Monte Legnone, various mountain refuges and alpine pastures. Additionally, you can practice sport climbing at the Casa delle Guide in Introbio. During the winter season, ski resorts are open at Piani di Bobbio and Valtorta (Barzio), as well as Pian delle Betulle, Alpe Paglio, Alpe Giumello (Margno-Casargo) and Cainallo. The Lake Como area is easily accessible by car within half an hour for trips to Bellano, Varenna, Dervio, Colico, Menaggio, and Bellagio. Moreover, the area is rich in various gastronomic opportunities and routes thanks to the numerous farms and agritourism that have emerged in recent years (Valle Muggiasca and Valsassina). Upon request, we provide our guests with indications for walks or excursions in the area.
