The B House is located in the beautiful countryside of Bologna, just a few kilometers from the city center. You can easily reach the center using public transportation, which is nearby. The facility is designed to offer you all the necessary comforts to make your stay enjoyable.
Thanks to its intimate atmosphere, enchanting location, and stunning surrounding views, our B&B is ideal for both couples seeking tranquility and those traveling for business.
The rooms were completely renovated in 2016 and are located within a charming farmhouse, immersed in the peace and tranquility of the Bolognese countryside.
Situated on the first floor, the rooms have a separate entrance from the private parking area and overlook a large panoramic terrace. This common space offers breathtaking views of the surroundings, which you can enjoy at any time of the day. It is exclusively reserved for guests and designed to be a pleasant place, adaptable to your needs, whether for work or for relaxing in the evening.
Important: We inform you that the property does not have a kitchen. Upon request, you can enjoy delicious breakfasts at our new restaurant "Il Fienile."
We provide a delightful continental meal made with fresh ingredients from certified suppliers. We can customize breakfast according to your specific needs, such as intolerances or allergies, with advanced notice. You can enjoy it comfortably in your room or on the charming panoramic terrace, an area exclusively reserved for guests.
"LA GHIOTTA" - The Single room is equipped with a queen size bed (which allows 2 persons stay for short periods), air conditioned, mini bar, coffee corner and a inner private bathroom enriched with a roomy shower. Wood and wine references stand out in this room furnitures and provide it with an intimate and warm atmosphere, whereto enjoy the quiet countryside.
"LA DOTTA" - This room is equipped with king size bed, wide closet, air conditioned, mini bar, coffee corner and inner private bathroom. The ancient headboard, fine textures and neutral hints provide this room with a relaxing, old-times charming atmosphere where every element has its history and memories.
"The Bed & Breakfast 'La Maison B' is the realization of the shared dream of Daniela and Francesca, a mother and daughter who have inherited the family tradition in the field of tourism and have learned the importance of hospitality.
Our aim is to create and offer enjoyable moments of escape from the daily routine.
We want to convey to our guests the welcoming atmosphere that can be felt in this corner of the Bologna countryside, with its local traditions and attractions of the area.
After careful renovation, starting from 2023, we will also open the doors of some of the rooms in 'Il Fienilè, the ancient stable adjacent to the main house.
This authentic place, despite having a modern appearance, still preserves the unique sensations of a bygone era.
