The hotel was created by restoring an ancient Sicilian farmhouse in a 20-hectare estate, with details that aimed to maintain the cultural identity of the location.
The courtyard is the hotel's central point, and during warm summer evenings, it becomes the ideal place for themed evenings, food and wine events, and entertainment.
The pool, with its splendid view of the Vendicari Oasis, invites you to dive in or lie down in the silence of the Sicilian countryside. In the evening, the soft light of the sunset illuminates it with colorful displays of soft light, under a wonderful starry sky scented with the Mediterranean. The hotel has a poolside bar that offers a light brunch with cold dishes, tasty salads, fresh fruit, sandwiches, or snacks for those who want to satisfy their hunger without having to give up a swim in the pool.
For fitness enthusiasts, we have created a gazebo with professional treadmills and exercise bikes, as well as a space equipped for relaxing massages.
Breakfast is served in the ancient Palmento. Guests can enjoy it on the outdoor patio, admiring the wonderful view of the sea and Vendicari Oasis, or on hotter days, in the cool indoor spaces of the Palmento.
Various cakes and pies made with homemade local flours by our chefs, croissants and brioches, artisanal locally-produced jams and homemade jams with seasonal fruit are all available. From October to June, orange juice from our citrus groves is served, and from May to October, almond milk, almond and lemon granita are also available.
The Le Muse Restaurant offers simple recipes of dishes dedicated to the Sicilian tradition, sometimes re-elaborated by our chefs.
The restaurant has two small and intimate rooms where you can have lunch. For outdoor summer dinners, there is a beautiful terrace with Caltagirone ceramic tables and a panoramic view.
