The house is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood of the city, surrounded by greenery, and close to the historic center of Brescia. The Bed and Breakfast is situated on the upper floor of the house, where guests can find accommodation in a separate area entirely dedicated to them. Separated from the rest of the house, the B&B has a completely independent entrance for a tailored stay, with large attic rooms with wooden ceilings, exposed beams and wooden floors, tastefully furnished and each with its own bathroom. The B&B has four large and comfortable double or twin rooms. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub or shower. Each room's bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo, shower, towels, and bathrobes. Each of the B&B's accommodations has individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, free wireless internet for guests, and beds with wooden slats.
