The house is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood of the city, surrounded by greenery, and close to the historic center of Brescia. The Bed and Breakfast is situated on the upper floor of the house, where guests can find accommodation in a separate area entirely dedicated to them.
Separated from the rest of the house, the B&B has a completely independent entrance for a tailored stay, with large attic rooms with wooden ceilings, exposed beams and wooden floors, tastefully furnished and each with its own bathroom.
The B&B has four large and comfortable double or twin rooms. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub or shower. Each room's bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoo, shower, towels, and bathrobes. Each of the B&B's accommodations has individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, free wireless internet for guests, and beds with wooden slats.
The breakfast, which is rich and abundant, can be enjoyed at the desired time (from 7:30 to 10:00 in the morning) in the cozy and bright dining room for those who want to be served.
For those who prefer independence, everything necessary for breakfast will be provided in the B&B's living room and guests can manage themselves in complete autonomy and freedom.
The Mezzogiorno Room The third room is furnished with a double-bed or two single beds, the soft white curtains, wicker bedside tables and an antiqued wooden desk create a romantic atmosphere. There is a shower in the bathroom. The Oriente Room The fourth room faces east and is brightened by the morning sunlight. It has a 180cm double bed that can be separated into two beds when necessary. The room is spacious and can also take a third bed. The fabric on the headboard recalls that of the curtains and matches the floor and wooden beams perfectly. The Sera Room The first room can sleep up to four people and is spacious, just like a hotel suite. The bed has a headboard in green moiré that matches the doors. A large rug recalls the colours of the sofa, which when needed can be turned into a comfortable double bed. The ceiling, like the floor, the desk and the rest of the furniture is made of wood. The room has an en suite bathroom with shower. The Occidente Room The second room offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere and is spacious enough to become four people. It has wooden ceiling and floors, white beds and an antiqued wooden desk, while the rest of the furniture is in pale hues.
