The Little House is a recently renovated apartment, located in a peaceful location just 3 km from Assisi, with a magnificent view of the Basilica of San Francesco. It is easily accessible, being only 1 km from the train station, 5 km from Sant'Egidio airport and 2 km from Umbriafiere. From here you can easily reach art centers, medieval villages, places of worship and natural wonders (Orvieto, Spoleto, Todi, Gubbio, Foligno, Spello, Perugia, Lake Trasimeno, Marmore Waterfall) that have made this part of Italy famous internationally. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is fully furnished, with a bathroom, kitchen, living room, air conditioning, WiFi, microwave, toaster, ironing board with iron, hairdryer and LED TV in all rooms. It also has a washing machine and private parking. In the surrounding area you will find bars, restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets. Upon request, we can provide a bottle warmer and a high chair for your little ones, as well as a camping cot. Linens are included in the price upon arrival. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy.
