The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a living room with an LCD TV and a comfortable sofa easily convertible into a double bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a washing machine. Weekly change of bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The apartments are independent, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor accessible by an external staircase. The private parking available to guests is adjacent to the house.

Our apartment is located about 1.7 km from Sarzana in a quiet and peaceful area in the Nave district. The beaches of Marinella and Marina di Carrara are 7 km away, and you can visit the nearby marble quarries of Carrara. To reach the Cinque Terre, the recommended option is to use the train, as accessing by car is a difficult task and the Sarzana train station is easily accessible. Other recommended destinations are Lerici, Tellaro, and Portovenere. Our apartment is located a few hundred meters from the Via Francigena.
