Its strategic location makes it easily reached from the nearby motorways Highway A9 Como Centre, Highway A9 Monte Olimpino.
The house of Ale 1 is on the first floor and consists of two double bedrooms (the master bedroom of 25 m and the second of 14 m), and a bathroom with corner bath, shower and double sink. The living area is on the ground floor and has a kitchen and living room overlooking an equipped garden and a service bathroom with laundry.
The house of Ale 2 is a very large sleeping area separated from the rest of the house by a lockable door. It includes 1 bedroom with double bed (you can have separate beds), 1 large bedroom of 25 m² with 2 single beds, a master bathroom with bath and shower, a 25-meter terrace equipped. The living area is located on the lower floor and includes kitchen, living room, bathroom with laundry, garden and patio and is shared with other guests if they are present.
Ale's house has 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 master bathrooms both with bath and shower and two large terraces; on the ground floor, directly overlooking a private garden, there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom. The house can accommodate up to 9 people.
Large working room with mirrors and curtains, spruce wood floor with cavity, equipped laboratory, kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect as a rehearsal room, for yoga, pilates, dance classroom, training and refresher courses. The room is located in a private property immersed in the valley of the green thorn of Como, and it is possible to work in the specially prepared lawn.
