Ale's house is located in San Fermo at the end of a private road.
The property overlooks a completely agricultural valley that guarantees a stay immersed in the tranquility of nature. Ideal for families or small work groups who desire a peaceful and green environment, while still having all the amenities and proximity to shopping centers, road networks, and hospitals.
The present artworks are artifacts created through art workshops with children aged 3 to 6, using different teaching methodologies.

Free parking is available for guests. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary to accommodate children and infants, including equipment, books, and games. Depending on the season, fresh fruits, vegetables from our family's garden, and fresh eggs are available every morning. The kitchen is stocked with breakfast essentials and ingredients for a meal at any time of day.
On the ground floor bathroom, there is a washing machine and a dryer with detergents.
We offer babysitting services upon request.
The house is located on a small hill and is named Cà Vittoria. It was one of the bases of Giuseppe Garibaldi's regiment between March and May 1859 during the operations to reconquer the city of Como from Austrian domination. The entire property is located in the "Spina Verde" park.
It is a natural park immersed in a naturalistic and archaeological area of interest for running enthusiasts. The park, easily accessible, consists of a dense network of trails that allow for easy usability. The park headquarters is in San Fermo della Battaglia, in the locality of Cavallasca.
