The house has been completely renovated using high-quality materials and consists of two levels with a total area of approximately 70 sqm. On the first level, there is a balcony with an independent entrance and an external service bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a spacious shower area. On the second level, there is a loft with a 20 sqm railing, equipped with a sofa bed and a relaxation area, and a splendid terrace equipped with a breathtaking view of the sea and the Alento Valley, as well as the medieval tower of the village.

The house is located in the center of Castelnuovo Cilento, an ancient medieval village dating back to the year 1000, situated in the heart of the Cilento National Park, at an altitude of 280 meters above sea level. Thanks to its position on the top of a hill, the village enjoys a breathtaking view of the entire Alento Valley and the Cilento Coastline.
