We are located just 2.5 km from the center of Pordenone, where you will find all the services you need.
Our strategic location will allow you to reach the train station and the highway in less than 10 minutes, making us the ideal base for your excursions to discover the beauties of Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto.
Our three double rooms are finely furnished with a passion for antiques and equipped with every comfort: private bathroom, TV, minibar, everything you need to make your stay pleasant, even if you are on a business trip.
In addition, we offer free WiFi, a reading room, a relaxing porch overlooking our lovely garden and an outdoor car park.
In the morning, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 6:30 am to 9:00 am, by prior reservation.
The table will be set with typical Italian breakfast products, such as espresso coffee, cappuccino, macchiato, decaffeinated coffee, tea, barley coffee and herbal teas.
In addition, there will be available bread, butter, jam, Nutella, biscuits, cereals, yogurt, cookies, fresh and dried fruit, fruit juices, and various types of snacks.
If you prefer a savory breakfast, you can request ham and cheese.
Moreover, upon request, it will be possible to have a customized breakfast for those who have food intolerances such as gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian or vegan.

My name is Rebecca and I opened the Kip B&B in May 2008. In 1993, I obtained a certificate as a "cook-pastry chef" from the "D. Dolomieu" Hotel Institute in Longarone (BL), followed in 1995 by a high school diploma as a "technician for hotel activities" in the same institute.
During my years of study, I worked seasonally as a "comis" in the kitchens of various restaurants in the northern Adriatic seaside area and near PN, some of which were prestigious such as Villa Giustignano and Villa Luppis.
After completing my studies, I worked in tourist resorts and historic cities both in Italy and abroad, such as Venice, Bologna, Modena, Padua, Naples, Paris, and Munich. I am also a former chef of Barilla and Electrolux, two large companies that have allowed me to enrich my professional and cultural baggage, coming into contact with many different realities.
As an "ex-pat," I also have experience with customer reception facilities.
In addition to cooking, I have also worked in other areas such as bars, receptions, baking, and pizzerias, in small shops and large companies. The restaurant industry is such a vast, vibrant, and interesting field that deserves to be explored.
Since 2008, I have decided to devote myself entirely to my small lodging facility, which was born on May 20th of last year, and which is rewarding me with small, great daily satisfactions.
